Welcome to TradeScope (the "Platform"). The Platform is provided by TradeScope.
By registering, logging in, or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, please cease using the Platform.
1.1 You may register using a valid email address, or sign in via Google or GitHub (an account will be created automatically on first login).
1.2 You are solely responsible for the security of your account, including your password. Accounts created via Google/GitHub (OAuth) do not have a password and must be accessed through the respective platform.
1.3 Each account is for individual use only. You may not share, rent, or transfer your account.
1.4 You represent that you are at least 18 years old or have obtained legal guardian consent.
2.1 The Platform offers a Free tier and paid VIP/Pro tiers. Feature details are as displayed on the Platform.
2.2 VIP subscriptions are recurring (monthly/yearly) and provide access to additional features during the subscription period.
2.3 Subscription fees are charged automatically at the start of each billing cycle. You must cancel before the current cycle ends to avoid renewal.
2.4 We reserve the right to adjust subscription prices with prior notice. Price changes do not affect the current paid cycle.
2.5 All fees are denominated in USD and processed through third-party payment providers. We do not store your full payment details.
3.1 You may cancel your VIP subscription at any time by contacting us. VIP features remain available until the end of the current billing cycle, after which your account reverts to Free.
3.2 Paid subscription fees are generally non-refundable. If service disruption is caused by our technical issues, we will review and handle on a case-by-case basis.

4.1 You retain all intellectual property rights to your trading plans, reviews, research notes, and other content you create on the Platform ("User Content").
4.2 You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, store, and distribute your User Content within the Platform.
4.3 You represent that your User Content does not infringe any third-party rights.
4.4 You may mark content as public or private. We will not disclose private content without your consent.

The Platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties regarding availability, timeliness, or security.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TradeScope shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including but not limited to trading losses, data loss, or lost profits) arising from your use of the Platform.
If the above disclaimer is not enforceable in your jurisdiction, our total liability shall not exceed the total subscription fees you have paid us in the preceding 12 months.
The TradeScope brand name, logo, UI design, AI rating algorithms, and data processing technology are owned by TradeScope. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
You agree to indemnify and hold TradeScope harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the Platform.
10.1 You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
10.2 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without prior notice if you violate these Terms.
10.3 Upon termination, you lose access to your data. We will retain data for a reasonable period before deletion in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via in-app notice or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through friendly negotiation.
